Not Bypassing the Login screen
I was looking in a newsgroup trying to find a way to prevent users from just pressing ESCAPE at the login screen on a 98 machine and still being able to access the computer and the internet. I followed the instructions to a tee and even went to other posts and web sites to make sure the registry key was correct.

Our students have learned that at the login screen, if they hold any key down for 15-20 seconds, press enter, they receive a dialog box that says Novell so the only way you get out is via the proxy unless a specific filter exception has been configured to allow, eg, a specific workstation to bypass the proxy.

In order to make Zone Rings my default screensaver when no one is logged-on, I need to be able to go to the desktop in the same way you can click cancel on the login screen in win98 and install the program there.
